How Shifting Nervous System States Transforms Your Neurodiverse Relationships
Join Heather Parks and Mona Kay for an experiential workshop where we will explore how your nervous system shapes your experience in neurodiverse relationships. You’ll cultivate new awareness of how the different nervous system states impact your thoughts, emotions and actions… and your whole outlook on life!
You’ll gain an understanding of how regulating your nervous system and experiencing more flexibility in shifting states creates the foundations for more harmony in your relationships and life. If you’ve ever felt stuck in a cycle of stress or disconnect, this workshop will offer you a path forward, helping you experience life through a more balanced and empowered lens.
Heather is a therapeutic coach with over a decade of experience supporting individuals in neurodiverse relationships and family systems. Her work is guided by a deep belief that healing becomes possible when we understand and care for our nervous systems — especially when we’ve spent years feeling exhausted, disconnected, or stuck. Drawing on her own lived experience within a neurodiverse family, and many years of deep learning and somatic practice, Heather offers a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that helps clients move from survival into greater connection, resilience, and hope.
Heather’s work offers a path to rediscovering yourself, reclaiming your energy, and creating new possibilities within your relationship — even when change feels out of reach.
Heather co-hosts the Loving Difference Program with Natalie Roberts. Specifically designed to support those in neurodiverse relationships, the Loving Difference Program supports individuals to transform their experience even when their partner or family members aren’t actively participating to create change. With a powerful combination of coaching, learning and therapy, Loving Difference offers hope and a way forward for neurodiverse relationships. Heather also co-hosts the Myth Busting Neurodiverse Relationships podcast.
