New Workshop Series with Sarah Swenson, Season 8 of Podcast, Support Groups & MORE!

Hello Neurodiverse Love Community,

Do you ever ask yourself "How can I love my partner so much and still struggle to imagine a happy, healthy path forward"? I repeatedly asked myself this question during my 30 year marriage, and am excited to be co-facilitating an in-depth 4 week workshop series with Sarah Swenson, LMHC to address this question...and SO much more! When you join this group you will have an opportunity to increase your understanding of your own needs and preferences, while also exploring the communication differences, emotional differences and loneliness you may be experiencing. In addition, we will address teamwork, attunement, and connection, as well as sex and physical intimacy differences. Space is limited, so I hope you will invest in yourself and register today at the link below.

We will meet on Zoom on 7/9, 7/16, 7/23 and 7/30 from 7:30pm-9pm EST. If you are the neurotypical or non-autistic partner and would like to join us the cost is ONLY $297 and you can register here. All participants will receive a special workshop workbook and 3 BONUSES...the digital versions of the Neurodiverse Love Conversation Cards and Workbook and UNLIMITED access to the 27 presentations from the Neurodiverse Love Conference ($120.97 VALUE).

Sometimes it is helpful to hear from someone who understands what your partner may be experiencing. Attending this support you will have an opportunity to hear from Greg who is a therapist and coach and identifies as Autistic... and me (a late identified ADHD'er who finally has lots of peace and joy in her life). If you are looking for support and guidance in your neurodiverse relationship then I hope you will join Greg and I on the 3rd Friday of the month from 12:30-2pm EST for our mixed neurotype support group. This group is for individuals only (not couples) and the cost is ONLY $25 per session. You can join us once, or attend as often as you like. To register and join us on Friday, June 21st please click here.

If you are working to increase your understanding of yourself and your partner, increase connection, and reduce the ongoing struggles you are having in your relationship, this support group is for YOU!

To thank everyone for their ongoing support of the Neurodiverse Love Podcast, Season 8 will be focused on sharing the 27 sessions from the Neurodiverse Love Conference. If you were not able to attend the conference I hope you will listen to each of the amazing presenters sharing their expertise, lived experiences and/or lessons learned. In addition, if you would like to see the video of a few sessions you can purchase unlimited access to each video for ONLY $4.97.

If you would like to get unlimited access to ALL 27 sessions you can get $40 off by using the code NEWS40. Lastly, anyone who uses this code to purchase ALL 27 conference sessions will receive a special BONUS and get an email with links to the digital download of the Neurodiverse Love Conversation Cards and Workbook for FREE (A $23.97 value).

I am so excited to share that Eva A. Mendes has published a new book titled " Armchair Conversations on Love and Autism". This book takes you on a journey into the strengths, differences and challenges of 10 neurodiverse couples who have so many wonderful lived experiences and lessons to share with all of us. In addition, I was honored to have been asked to write the foreward for the book and it so wonderful to share this amazing new resource with all of you. I hope all of you will take the time to buy this book today and learn how so many diverse couples are working together to thrive in their mixed-neurotype relationships.

Every month, I am also co-facilitating a support group with Jodi Carlton called "Navigating Decisions and Choices in Your Neurodiverse Relationship". The cost is ONLY $25 per session and this is a "mixed neurotype" group for individuals ONLY, (not couples).

If you are thinking about whether to stay or go in your current relationship, or you are confused and looking for support and guidance about next steps, then this is the support group for YOU!

Sometimes it can be SO helpful to hear the perspectives of people with both the same and different neurotypes as you move forward on making decisions in your neurodiverse relationship.

The support group meets on the first Wednesday of the month from 12:30-2pm EST, so if you are interested in attending you can register at:

Connect with others who have the unique lived experience of growing up with an autistic parent. This group is facilitated by Laurie Budlong-Morse, LMFT, a Certified Neurodiverse Couples Therapist; she is also the adult child of an autistic parent. The group is open to new participants and meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 1-2:30 pm EST. For more information about the cost, to learn more or to register you can click the link below:

Laurie and I co-facilitated a workshop on this topic and it was so impactiful. If you are looking to connect with other's who have (or have had) an Autistic parent, I hope you will reach out to Laurie.

With gratitude,

Mona Kay, MSW, Ph.D.
