Neurodivergent Connections YouTube Channel & Short Term Coaching Available

Hello Everyone,

For almost 4 years, I have been publishing weekly episodes of the Neurodiverse Love podcast. It has been an honor and a pleasure to interview more than 100 individuals and couples and to share my lived experiences and the lessons I learned in my 30 year ND marriage (and with all the other neurodivergent people who have been in my life).

To provide even more information on mixed neurotype relationships, I have now partnered with Greg Fuqua, LMHC and Scott Simpson to create the "Neurodivergent Connections" YouTube Channel. We will be publishing monthly episodes and I am so proud of our first episode, so I hope you will take some time to watch it here.

We share some really good stuff about communication challenges, relationship misunderstandings and emotional differences from the persepectives of three different neurotypes (ADHD, AuDHD and Autistic).

In the comments section of our channel, please let us know what you think of our first YouTube video and also tell us what other topics you would like us to address. Also, don't forget to "LIKE" and "SUBSCRIBE" to our channel. Thanks a lot!

SHORT TERM COACHING WITH MONA

If you and your partner are looking for a coach that can help you better understand each other and learn new strategies and tools for reducing misunderstanding and increase connection, I want to let you know that I am now offering short-term coaching (up to 4 sessions) to a very small number of couples. My fee is $121/hr and $175 for 90 minutes. In addition, if you are the non-autistic partner and would like to work with me for short-term coaching, please feel free to reach out at: neurodiverselove4u@gmail.com

MIXED NEUROTYPE SUPPORT GROUP MEETS ONCE A MONTH

Every month, I am co-facilitating a support group with Jodi Carlton called "Navigating Decisions and Choices in Your Neurodiverse Relationship". The cost is ONLY $25 per session and this is a "mixed neurotype" group for individuals ONLY, (not couples).

If you are thinking about whether to stay or go in your current relationship, or you are confused and looking for support and guidance about next steps, then this is the support group for YOU!

Sometimes it can be SO helpful to hear the perspectives of people with both the same and different neurotypes as you move forward on making decisions in your neurodiverse relationship.

The support group meets on the first Wednesday of the month from 12:30-2pm EST, so if you are interested in attending you can register at: https://jodicarlton.com/groups/

With gratitude,

Mona Kay, MSW, Ph.D.
